The printer usage reports definition is held in a table on the printer monitor database. To add new reports or modify existing reports you can modify the content of this table according to this schema

Adding custom printer event listeners

It is possible to add other listeners which are small programs that respond when a printer event occurs. To add a new listener to the system you need to modify the configuration file as per these instructions
