Filtering a report by document name

To filter the report by documentname right-click on the documents icon in the bar in the left hand corner of the application. A menu with Document name like... will appear.

Selecting this menu will bring up a dialog box that specifies how you want to filter the document name.

This dialog allows you to filter the report according to the following options in the left hand selection box:

Unrestricted - all documents are returned
Starts with - only documents whose name starts with the text you specify will be returned
Ends with - only documents whose name ends with the text you specify will be returned
Contains - only documents whose name contains the text you specify will be returned
