To filter the report by printer name right-click on the printers icon in the bar in the left hand corner of the application. A menu containing the names of all the printers will appear. To restrict by a printer click on their name and a check mark will appear next to the printer name.
The report will now be restricted to those printers with a check mark next to their name.
To clear the filter select the Show All menu item
