To select one of the predefined printer usage reports click on the magnifying glass icon in the right hand corner of the application. A menu containing the names of all the available reports will drop down. Select one of these and the report concerned will be displayed.
In addition to the standard reports listed here, it is possible to create customised reports to cover a large range of printer monitoring scenarios
